Open House!
We are now one week post Open House and I think everyone's feet have just about recovered!
A huge thank you to all of you who encouraged your customers and potential customers to come along and discover more about their Thermomix - we had almost 1200 people through the doors on the day! The impact of that to our business is incredibly difficult to measure because it comes back to us in so many ways - simple word of mouth when people have a positive experience is priceless.
There were a crew of 70 Consultants and Leaders on the day who made that positive experience happen. A huge thank you to each of them - whether you were there for an hour or prepped for a week, your contribution was greatly appreciated. Open House was a shining example of what can happen when a team works together with an approach wholly based on service.
