January's Challenge - Double Duty Changing Lives

Happy 2018 everyone!  We hope you had a wonderful break and are ready to kick some Thermomix goals in the new year.

For those who were at Monday night's branch meeting, you will have heard Julie-Ann and I share the Leadership Team's approach this year to ensure that every Queensland Thermomix sale does double duty and has an additional impact in the community wherever possible.

We're kicking off this focus in January, with a really special initiative.  January for many of us is about back to school - getting kids ready, contacting text books, labelling lunch boxes etc.  And we're all pretty fortunate that we can do that however for over 1.1 million children in Australia who live in poverty, it can be a distressing and anxious process.

As a State community, we'd like to try and make a difference to one of those lives.  And so, we'd love to introduce you to Ace, who is a 5 year old little boy from Brisbane.  Through the Smith Family charity, we have the opportunity to sponsor Ace and make a real difference to his first year of education.

By meeting 80% of our State sales target, we will secure 6 months of funding for Ace's sponsorship.  By meeting 100%, we secure 12 months.

And so, our goal is clear - 940 Thermomix sales in Queensland throughout January, to change not just 940 kitchens but also one little boy's future.

We know that the way to secure the sales target is through customer connection - Cooking Experiences, Work Shops & Phone Calls.  And so in January, we have everything covered for you in our Back to Business campaign and lunchbox focus, and so look forward to updating you each week with our progress towards an ACE January result!
