About Us
Who are we?
You'd be hard pressed to find a more passionate team than the Thermomix in Queensland leadership team. We each started in this business as Consultants, eager to make a difference to the lives of others and bring to the leadership table a variety of experience and talents.
We believe wholeheartedly that everyone who forms a part of the Thermomix in Queensland team makes a difference to the families of this beautiful state, and also to each other. Our strength lies not only in our internal community, but in our local communities where we connect and inspire others. We believe in empowering change - for our customers, our consultants, each other and ourselves.
Meet the Team
The State Management Team: Brooke & Julie-hang out in the Productivity Pod in Brisbane, generally finding ways to "de-brief" (always involves wine) and "brainstorm" (always involves cheese).
Brooke is our State Manager, responsible for establishing and embedding the strategy of the Qld Thermomix business to support us changing the lives of as many families within our communities as possible.
Brooke and her husband, Paul, have two beautiful boys, Jack & Sam. Of a weekend she's usually studying for her Masters of Business or with her family at their local cafe, playing board games & enjoying the beautiful Brissie sunshine.
Julie-Ann is our State Development Manager, who works directly with our leadership team to provide training & coaching to support them to achieve the state strategy.
Thermomix is a family affair for Julie-Ann, who's husband Graeme works magic in our service department. They have gorgeous grandchildren and 2 very spoilt burmese cats. Julie-Ann loves her Thermomix family, and always finds a way to have fun at work, inspiring and encouraging others.
